We’re passionate about simplifying the B2B sales process to improve sales and marketing collaboration and close deals more quickly. We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management who is excited to lead a product team, own product strategy, deliver products and bring value to our customers. You will partner with the CPO to drive the product roadmap, own the product lifecycle, and align stakeholders on key product initiatives. What you'll be doing

  • Lead a product management team and deliver world-class products to our customers

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high performance product management team

  • Partner with Chief Product Officer to drive the product roadmap

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver against the product vision and take products to market

  • Synthesize Voice of the Customer and internal stakeholder feedback as inputs to help prioritize and drive product direction

  • Drive product adoption while understanding implications of product usage and success metrics

  • Develop integrations with leading technology partners and products

  • Distill technical and functional requirements into articulated use cases and benefits for customers and cross-functional teams

  • Understand the technical impact of product decisions and make tradeoffs to optimize against product delivery

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and track record delivering against project commitments with cross-functional teams

  • 10+ years of SaaS product management experience

  • 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of hiring and developing successful product management teams

  • Experience developing and scaling 

  • Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills

  • Ability to be a thought-leader that can align internal teams against product roadmap and delivery

  • Strong technical background, with CRM experience (ideally Salesforce)

  • Strong user experience and product sense

  • Solid quantitative and analytical skillset with the ability to understand data metrics and formulate analyses with data sets

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver

  • Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
