Overview

One of America’s largest retailers is seeking a Digital Product Manager to revolutionize their Used Unit Acquisition division. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and growth in a dynamic market while working with cutting-edge technology and systems. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise to optimize the complete acquisition lifecycle.

Note: Candidates based in Chicago will have the option to work from either Chicago or Lincolnshire headquarters, with a hybrid work schedule of two to three days per week in the office. (Option for remote work for candidates out-of-state.)

Your Impact

You’ll revolutionize the acquisition process by:
• Architecting scalable digital solutions that drive business growth
• Leading the development of cutting-edge web applications
• Creating seamless experiences for customers and partners
• Delivering data-driven strategies that shape business decisions
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
• Own the complete lifecycle of digital acquisition processes
• Develop innovative solutions to streamline operations
• Build and optimize performance metrics
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Technical Innovation
• Partner with development teams to enhance digital platforms
• Drive CRM system optimization and integration
• Design and implement robust tracking systems
• Create comprehensive reporting frameworks
Process Optimization
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks
• Implement feedback mechanisms to improve user experience
• Develop scalable solutions for business growth
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive product management experience
• Proven track record of successful digital product launches
• Strong background in CRM implementation and optimization
Essential Skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving
• Data-driven decision making
• Cross-functional team leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Strong project management capabilities
