Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Reporting Specialist to manage quality indicators and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Quality Improvement (QI) reports for review
• Track incident, accident, and death (IAD) reports to ensure timely resolution and compliance
• Conduct audits of the State IAD-QOC database to maintain data integrity and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience coordinating member care with healthcare professionals
• In-depth knowledge of medical/mental health terminology
