Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer, Ads & Monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy and execution across the Ads & Monetization space to create high-quality product experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to enhance visibility and drive conversions through ads
• Prototype and test new ad formats and workflows, leveraging data and user insights for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing for monetization, advertising platforms, or performance marketing in a marketplace environment
• Strong product thinking with the ability to align design decisions with business metrics
• A portfolio showcasing user-first monetization design across web and/or mobile
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with AI-powered systems or relevance models is a plus
