Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Partner Enablement Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt sales and technical curriculums to meet Partner learning needs
• Consult on strategic business initiatives to enhance Partner success
• Monitor and report on learning engagement, skill growth, and program achievement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field with at least 8 years of experience; or a Master's degree with 6 years; or a PhD with 3 years of experience
• Experience developing enablement programs for channel and partners
• Experience in LMS and CMS management
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in operationalizing role-based competency frameworks
