Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop multi-tier web solutions while enhancing code quality and infrastructure
• Lead a cross-disciplinary Agile team in planning, execution, and product backlog grooming
• Optimize website performance and collaborate with internal customers to meet business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of .NET MVC web development experience, preferably in retail eCommerce
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams under Agile scrum framework
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
