Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for software, hardware, and operating system issues, including researching and testing potential solutions
• Propose changes for system impacts and suggest alternatives related to processes, applications, and web services
• Extract data from databases by creating or altering SQL queries for issue analysis and solution development

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for problem resolution
• Experience in SQL performance optimization and database structure refinement
• Knowledge of Object Oriented programming
• Basic understanding of web services (REST or SOAP)
• Familiarity with incident/support ticketing systems and workflow processes
