Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads business process analyses and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business initiatives
• Facilitates the elicitation of business and systems requirements and prepares complex documentation
• Leads project teams in developing or modifying complex information systems and conducts research to quantify business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related business discipline or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business systems analysis
• 2-4 years of industry experience preferred
• Two years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment
