Law Library Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Law Library Manager to lead client-facing library services and manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide department staff, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the integrated library system and manage digital resources
• Lead research support activities and manage various client initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services or library systems management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading a library or library function
• Strong knowledge of library technologies and digital resource management
• Familiarity with legal research tools and emerging technologies in law libraries
