We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist with experience in ServiceNow to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure efficient ticket resolution using the ServiceNow platform. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and strong communication abilities.
This role is fully onsite and 3 month contract
Salary: $25-26/hr
Due to Government Contract, all viable candidates must be US Citizens due to the requirement of obtaining a security clearance
