Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing outstanding service to our clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide support to other departments as needed
Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered when necessary
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
