Job Overview:
As a Dunkin' Assistant Manager at Las Vegas Petroleum, you will play an essential role in the daily operations of our Dunkin' location, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You'll assist the Manager in motivating team members, maintaining product quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your leadership will contribute to the overall success of the store while creating a positive environment for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Dunkin' Store Manager in day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Oversee team performance, providing training, feedback, and support to staff members.
- Ensure high levels of customer service are consistently delivered and any customer concerns are resolved promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock audits.
- Execute promotional and marketing initiatives effectively to drive sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store, following health and safety regulations.
- Manage cash handling, including deposits and end-of-day reports.
- Act as the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining store standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or management is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment, with prior management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and performance.
