Role: Paid Media Manager
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $6 - $10 (Open to negotiation based on experience)
Lago is seeking a talented and driven Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our paid media strategies across various platforms including search engines, social media, and display networks. Your expertise will contribute significantly to increasing our brand visibility, customer acquisition, and overall revenue. We are looking for an analytical thinker with a strong background in digital advertising who can leverage data insights to improve campaign performance and drive results. As the Paid Media Manager, you will manage budgets, perform A/B testing, and analyze key performance indicators to ensure that all campaigns meet our aggressive growth objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver compelling advertising that resonates with our target audience. Responsibilities
- Build and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads (YouTube and Display)
- Develop full funnel campaign and conversion strategy for paid social channels
- Produce high-performing copy, creatives, and ad variants
- Optimize targeting, ads, campaign settings, etc to achieve and maintain KPIs
- Collaborate with Account Manager to retain and grow accounts
- Perform competitor and targeting research across social ad platforms
- Setup pixels and conversion tracking in accordance with best practices
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates, new features, and policy changes
- Need a media buyer who can really design lead capture strategy and collaborate with their designer/video to produce strong creative assets.
- They need to be able to develop effective funnel, creative, campaign strategy all on their own
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
- Experience with various ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
