As a leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we are on a mission to transform the lives of children and teens with autism. This full-time position offers a fantastic starting pay, with direct therapy at $23.50 per hour and supervision duties at $30.00 per hour, plus an enticing sign-on bonus of $2000 and a relocation bonus up to $2000. In this role, you will provide vital 1:1 play-based instruction, guiding clients to develop crucial academic and life skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your expertise will help children navigate their daily challenges, from self-help skills to academic achievements, using innovative ABA techniques. With our proprietary Care app, you can easily manage your schedule and communicate with our scheduling team, ensuring you are always supported.
