Performance Management & Reporting Analyst Trainee

The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.

Overall Purpose of Job:

KBS Performance Management & Reporting Analyst Support is responsible to support the functions/towers in performance report preparations and follow ups.

The Performance Governance is in place, the ownership is at the functions, but there is a clear need for an overall coordinator, who ensures the standard way of working.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate KBS performance management forums
• Following up on actions  (eg. CI follow ups, action tracker follow ups, blueprint maintenance & follow ups etc)
• Maintain scheduled reporting tasks

Education

• Ongoing university studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Student status required until at least December 2025.

Work Experience

• Previous experience in a reporting, coordination, or administrative role is a plus.

Technical & IT Skills

• Strong user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze data and create structured reports.

Language Skills

• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes.
• Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with different teams.
