Korean Bilingual Member Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Korean Bilingual Member Engagement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound/outbound calls to screen Medicare Advantage plan members for pre-eligibility status
  • Assist members with general social programs and provide information on available community resources
  • Meet performance metrics related to schedule adherence, telephone availability, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in Inbound and Outbound Call Centers with direct client interaction
  • Bi-lingual in English and Korean
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate remote work environment
  • Experience in benefits enrollment and social programs is a plus
