The Marketing Operations Intern will assist in developing and launching print on demand and company merchandise solutions, as well as supporting the team in executing various operational marketing and communications requests and initiatives.
At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will have a clear understanding of how their studies directly contribute to their course of study and/or the medical device industry.
This is a part-time summer internship position (less than 30 hrs a week), working with the Marketing team at Kestra.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Project: The Marketing Operations Intern will work as part of the Marketing Operations team and collaborate with the Training and Product Marketing teams to develop and implement a print on demand strategy. Responsibilities will include coordinating collateral specifications, setting up an online store front, and creating internal training tools to launch a print on demand solution.
- Digital Asset Management Support: Implement and/or optimize a digital asset management (DAM) system, organize digital assets, set up metadata and tagging systems, and create training documents.
- Branded Promotional Merchandise: Evaluate and recommend branded merchandise that aligns with the company's brand and upcoming initiatives.
- Project Presentation: Present internship project results and findings to the Marketing team and Kestra executive leadership at the conclusion of the internship.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Required:
- 2nd year or higher undergraduate in a business degree
- Strong desire to learn and professional drive
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Basic understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Adaptability to working style and inputs and enthusiasm to produce high-quality marketing materials

INTERNSHIP ELIGIBILITY
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past 6 months
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment with Kestra Medical Technologies
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization
- Must provide own transportation to/from work
- Must successful complete and pass a criminal and employment background screening that meets the allowable FDA requirements and is in accordance with EEOC rules and regulations
- Must successfully pass a pre-internship drug screen
