Advertising Manager & Marketplace Specialist (Amazon & Walmart)

Job Type: Part-Time (10 - 15 hours per week)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (Eastern Time)

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a results-driven, strategic Advertising Manager & Marketplace Specialist to spearhead performance marketing efforts on Amazon and Walmart.com. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ad management, listing optimization, and analytics, and will be instrumental in driving profitable growth across both platforms. If you're passionate about eCommerce and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
  • Manage campaign budgets, A/B testing, and reporting to ensure maximum return on ad spend.
  • Optimize product listings: conduct keyword research, craft compelling copy, and enhance visual assets (A+ Content, titles, backend terms, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, etc.) to identify growth opportunities and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to align ad strategies with launches and promotions.
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithm updates, and marketplace policy changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing advertising on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and reducing ACoS/TACoS through smart campaign structure and optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, retail media, and how to win on the digital shelf.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in spreadsheets and ad dashboards.
  • A passion for sports, eCommerce, or performance-driven brands is a major plus.
