Junior Post Closing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Post Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Register loans within MERS and transfer servicing once the loan has been purchased
• Run all conventional loans through UCD via Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portals
• Deliver document bundles to investors for purchase review and track trailing loan documents

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate (BA/BS) or early-career professional
• Ambitious and eager to learn
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Tech-savvy or quick to learn new systems
• Interest in real estate, finance, or fintech is a plus
