Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Specialist responsible for managing policy and client-facing documents for Hospital Indemnity insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update a centralized repository of Hospital Indemnity policy documents, ensuring accuracy and version control
  • Revise and update client-facing forms, certificates, applications, and notices in accordance with regulatory and product requirements
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to incorporate regulatory changes into documents
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in document management, healthcare insurance operations, or compliance support
  • Familiarity with health insurance products, particularly Hospital Indemnity, Accident, or Critical Illness
  • Strong organizational skills with proven experience in version control and document repository management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
