Junior Lock Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lock new loans with investors and manage the internal Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Provide timely support to Sales Teams and manage the work queue efficiently
• Enforce the Rate Lock Policy while collaborating with Sales and Operations Staff

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of general mortgage experience
• Experience with Pricing / Lock Desk is a plus
• Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/VA mortgage programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and math skills
