Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr Analyst, Permissions, Copyrights, and Royalty Entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Permissions Licenses and submit Copyright Registrations to the U.S. Copyright Office
  • Set up Royalty obligations in the royalty system and ensure accurate payments to royalty recipients
  • Assist with monthly unmatched sales reports and liaise with Accounts Payable regarding royalty accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 0-1+ years of general work experience
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Royalty payment and contract management systems
  • Knowledge of Business Law, Legal, Accounting, or Intellectual Property is a plus
