Job Description

In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force behind our regional paid social media strategy, guiding our in-house team across 5+ markets. You'll have the exciting opportunity to lead high-profile campaigns, overseeing multi-million euro campaigns and always-on activations. This role gives you the platform to shape our presence on major channels like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest. Qualifications

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development of vision, strategy, and a roadmap to establish a top-tier paid social media team within the marketing division.
  • Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with key partners like Meta, TikTok, and Snap, collaborating on joint business plans, strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and fostering product/team collaboration.
  • Take a leadership role in orchestrating, executing, and successfully completing cross-functional projects that involve coordination among various teams (Media Strategy, Planning, Local Media Teams, Programmatic Media, Product, Engineering, and Analytic Teams).
  • Be responsible for the growth of awareness & consideration metrics through our global paid social media campaigns
  • Lead asset briefing, campaign creation, optimization, automation, testing, and reporting, and pinpoint performance gaps and opportunities within the channel.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive testing roadmap for incrementality, bidding, and creative strategies to demonstrate the effectiveness of paid social advertising.
  • Represent the brand at industry-leading summits and partner events, enhancing its presence and reputation in the market.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paid social media, having worked at a media agency, marketing agency, in-house media team, or social media platform. 
  • In-depth experience in working with the most relevant paid social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn
  • Strategic ad tech knowledge and implementation experience of the main components of the marketing tech stack (ie DSP partners, DCO partners, Brand Safety solutions)
  • Implementation expertise to create best-performing media tactics (ie audience strategies, 1st party data usage, account setup recommendations)
  • Strong experience using product feeds, dynamic ads & automation tools
  • Deep understanding of digital performance marketing metrics, tools & best practices
  • Strong command of analytics & data manipulation tools
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently among multiple strategies and global campaign management
  • Knowledgeable about tracking, attribution models & incrementally testing with the ability to take action based on data-driven recommendations 
  • You are a team player and a clear communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English
  • You are experienced in managing large budgets and delivering against targets
