We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing reports
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Support senior accountants in various financial tasks and projects
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures
• Assist in preparing financial statements and other reports as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate digital and physical filing systems
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0-2 years of accounting or related experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, sap) and Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and accounting procedures
• Pursuing CPA certification is a plus, but not required

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $64.000 – $88.000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
