Position: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Location: Westield, MA
Rate of Pay: $22.50- $24.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:300pm (flexibility on evenings to attend Job Fairs as required)

Summary
The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator provides administrative assistance for the Human Resources, playing a key role in compliance, and record keeping. While directly reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Coordinator will support the HR department team members, including support for all activities involved within their administrative and project needs. The HR Admin Coordinator is responsible for maintaining employee personnel files and other records. Additionally, the HR Admin Coordinator participates in the new employee orientation, process of WC claims, coordinating meetings and documentation compliance for all audits, submission of human resources information and reports for newsletters, oversight of HR mailbox and main phone line, oversight and coordination of tenure awards, and ordering office supplies.
