We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who is sharp, proactive, and tech-savvy, ready to use AI and smart automation to streamline our CEO’s operations.
You’re smart, curious, and resourceful—with a knack for anticipating needs and making practical improvements in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
🚀 Act as the CEO’s trusted partner, anticipating needs and managing priorities
🚀 Identify opportunities for AI and tech automation to enhance processes
🚀 Collaborate with the CEO to monitor sales team performance and track KPIs
🚀 Use AI tools for research and lead generation and creating content for social media posts
🚀 Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn profile, drafting posts and scheduling content
🚀 Propose innovative ideas for smarter workflows
🚀 Handle scheduling, email management, and travel coordination with precision
🚀 Manage and create social media content on Linked in as the primary platform
🚀 Onboard new team members on system and ensure that they have access and understanding of all tools and systems
Working Hours ⏰: This full-time role requires you to work from early morning until 2 pm EST. Some communication after hours (no expectation to respond, just action points for the next day.)
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities, schedules, and tasks
✅ Tech and AI proficiency, including hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT and automation software
✅ Solid experience with Pipedrive or a similar CRM system
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Analytical ability in tracking metrics and preparing reports
✅ 2–3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or tech-driven roles
✅ Previous experience in operations and workflow improvements would be an asset
✅ Independent, reliable working style, proactively identifying priorities
Brownie points for:
⭐ Additional experience in a startup
⭐ Familiarity with advanced data analysis or automation solutions
⭐ Proven record of handling executive-level support tasks
⭐ Previous Management of teams would be an added advantage

What’s in it for you?
💰$2,250–$2,500 per month*
🕒 Full-time & fully remote
🌴 15 day PTO with a view to increase once settled in the role
