This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled AI professional to lead the transformation of an enterprise platform by designing and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience. In this role, you will take ownership of the AI strategy while working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver real-world impact. You’ll play a crucial part in building intelligent assistants, optimizing AI models, and improving data interaction through semantic and vector search technologies. Accountabilities:

• Architect AI-driven capabilities for enterprise applications using LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling, and multimodal AI
• Design and prototype intelligent virtual assistants and conversational agents integrated into business workflows
• Implement knowledge search and navigation systems using semantic search, vector search, and RAG techniques
• Build and deploy AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and LangGraph
• Drive AI model optimization, governance, monitoring, and security to ensure ethical and secure usage
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to define AI requirements and development priorities
• Evangelize AI opportunities and drive innovation through demos, workshops, and AI roadmap planning

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI solutions, including chatbots and automation agents
• Expertise in NLP and working with large language models such as GPT, BERT, T5, Claude, or Gemini
• Strong development background in .NET (C#), TypeScript/JavaScript, and enterprise software architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI pipelines, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning models for accuracy
• Familiarity with enterprise search tools like Azure Cognitive Search, Elasticsearch, or Haystack
• Proficiency with Azure AI tools and containerized environments like Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS
• Understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD using tools such as Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
