Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support across SaaS, PaaS, and computing devices
• Document issues, resolve problems, and manage escalations effectively
• Design workflows, build automation, and support strategic operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of experience in IT support or SaaS/PaaS support
• Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile device issues
• Experience with at least one programming/scripting language
