Job Summary

A company is looking for a Linux Systems Administrator to manage and support on-prem and cloud batch application platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Linux servers and assist with support team resolution efforts
  • Troubleshoot issues with KornShell scripts, Docker containers, and application workflows
  • Automate operational tasks using shell scripts or Python and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL, Debian, or similar)
  • Advanced shell scripting experience (KornShell, Bash)
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting Docker containers
  • Hands-on experience with Java and Python runtime environments
  • Practical experience with AWS services such as S3, Batch, and Lambda
