Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and guidance to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support and act as a point of escalation for IC1 support engineers
• Maintain regional stock levels of IT equipment and manage vendor relations for procurement
• Deliver training and guidance on IT tools and applications to enhance user effectiveness

Required Qualifications and Training

• Completion of a high-level ITSM ITIL V4 overview training workshop
• Experience in providing technical support in an IT environment
• Familiarity with IT service processes, standards, and policies
• Ability to analyze and improve systems, processes, or workflows
• Proficiency in using and adapting to new technologies
