A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst to support, administer, and maintain systems and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while administering core business applications
• Collaborate with internal teams and external collaborators to improve organizational processes and recommend automation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an IT Coordinator, Systems Administrator, or IT Analyst
• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• Experience working with technology or service desk teams
• Basic understanding of compliance and security requirements
• Experience with Office 365, MS Office, and various cloud-based applications
