Requirements

As our chosen Maintenance Technician, every day you will be responsible for maintaining/cleaning common areas, perform routine grounds and maintenance with attention to detail, proactively maintain septic tanks and filters, perform tree limb removal, and clear debris to ensure safe, attractive grounds. Additionally, you'll handle upkeep of roads, owner structures, and common areas, contributing to a well-maintained and welcoming mobile home park. Country Manor (159 total spaces) is a beautiful Manufactured Housing communities in Brush Prairie, WA and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!

To thrive in this role:

Prior experience performing light maintenance duties, carpentry, electrical and meter reads

Knowledge and experience of septic tank system maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and filter replacement is strongly preferred

Efficiently remove tree limbs and clear debris to keep the grounds safe and visually appealing

Perform routine grounds cleaning and maintenance with attention to detail

Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of roads, owner structures, and common areas throughout the mobile home park

Knowledge of proper use of janitorial/landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered

Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors
