Are you passionate about cultural exchange and enjoy working with youth in your community? Join our team as a Local Coordinator and help international high school students live their American dream! This is a flexible, part-time position that you can mostly do from home, with rewarding in-person connections in your local community.
š§” What Youāll Do:
- Work remotely to recruit and support local volunteer host families
- Conduct in-person home visits during host family onboarding
- Coordinate with local high schools to support exchange students
- Enjoy local activities with students and familiesālike welcome events, outings, and check-ins
- Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for students throughout their stay

- High school diploma + at least 7 years of post-grad work/life experience

- Strong passion for cultural exchange and global understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in community engagement, program development, or related fields.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Familiarity with local resources and networks that support cultural initiatives.
- A Bachelorās degree or equivalent experience in social sciences, education, or community development is preferred but not required. Training is provided for the right candidate
