Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time International Baccalaureate (IB) Academic Specialist (Remote/Online).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide online, one-on-one or small group instruction to students in grades 7-12
• Teach various IB subject areas including Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and more
• Schedule classes during evenings and weekends, totaling 8 to 20 or more hours per week

Required Qualifications

• BA degree required; graduate degree from a top 30 university is a plus
• Familiarity with IB subjects and curriculum
• Passion for education and working with international students
• Classroom or teaching experience at the high school or university level, or one-on-one tutoring experience
• Enthusiasm for teaching students online
