We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, organization, and execution of initiatives that will enhance Intercom's Enterprise Systems capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Systems, you will join a team that is responsible for selecting, architecting, governing, and managing the SaaS applications and data systems that drive our core business functions across Finance, People, and Legal. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams—including Finance, People, Legal, and Growth Engineering—to drive impactful projects forward, streamline processes, and help shape the future of our enterprise operations.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $164,650 - $191,350. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
