Job Summary
The Customer Support Training & Performance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the
effectiveness and consistency of our training programs across all departments and locations.
This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of training materials,
assessments, and delivery methods to support employee development and organizational
goals.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of a Customer Support Training & Performance Specialist include:
● Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for all training
programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
● Review and evaluate existing training materials, including presentations, manuals, elearning modules, and job aids, for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to update
and enhance training content based on feedback, best practices, and emerging trends.
● Conduct regular audits and assessments of training programs to identify areas for
improvement and address gaps in content, delivery, or evaluation methods.
● Monitor training delivery methods, including instructor-led sessions, virtual
classrooms, and self-paced modules, to ensure consistency and adherence to
established standards
● Develop and maintain a repository of training materials, resources, and best practices
to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
● Provide guidance and support to trainers, facilitators, and training coordinators to
ensure the effective implementation and delivery of training programs.
● Collect and analyze data on training effectiveness, learner satisfaction, and
performance outcomes to measure the impact of training initiatives and inform future
improvements.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and compliance, to
address training-related issues and align training efforts with organizational priorities.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in learning and
development technology to incorporate into training strategies and practices
Employment Prerequisites
● Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related
field. (or equivalent work experience)
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training program development, quality
assurance, instructional design and Customer Support
● Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and
training evaluation methodologies.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and
other training technology platforms.
● Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey
complex information clearly and concisely.
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including subject matter
experts, trainers, and senior leadership.
● Experience working in a global or multi-site organization is preferred.
● Certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or
Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) are a plus.

Desired Competencies
● Experience in medical imaging industry; must be able to learn industry specific,
proprietary software.
