Integrations Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Integrations Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrations discipline, overseeing integrations related to CRM platforms, financial systems, and bespoke applications
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design and implement integration solutions and maintain a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline
• Provide direction and mentorship to integration engineers, while identifying and addressing integration-related business gaps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software integration experience, including IPaaS solutions or custom development
• 3+ years of experience with IPaaS solutions
• 2+ years of experience in software development technologies (e.g., TypeScript, C#, GitHub)
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce and financial applications
