Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Specialist to manage system integrations between their platform and customer case management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent customer integration onboarding projects, coordinating with internal teams and customer teams
• Configure and manage API-based integrations using SQL/JSON for data mapping
• Track customer project status and lead communications for integration onboarding projects

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in delivering integrations for SaaS or related solutions
• Experience in driving an agile process to manage and deliver customer outcomes
• Technical acumen in SQL, JSON, and API server-to-server integrations
• Intermediate coding experience is a plus
