Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create scalable AI solutions
• Design and implement LLM integrations, utilizing modern MLOps practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on AI best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in software engineering
• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and building scalable systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and its data science/AI ecosystem
• Deep understanding of modern LLM architectures and hands-on experience with prompt engineering
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data governance relevant to AI systems
