Integrated Photonics Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Photonics Specialist to support R&D efforts in electro-optics and infrared technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, integrate, and test photonic devices and sub-systems
  • Perform modeling and optimization of photonic components and device design
  • Document and present research results across various platforms
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics with a background in optical physics and integrated photonics
  • 2 years of research experience in a laboratory environment
  • Experience operating Hall-Effect systems and using optical test equipment
  • Proficient in opto-electronic device modeling and characterization
  • Familiarity with photonic integrated circuit design software
