A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage the patient intake and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient and parent phone calls and respond to messages professionally
• Explain available programs and schedule appointments for patients
• Obtain and enter detailed patient demographic and insurance information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
• Previous administrative, customer service, or scheduling experience
• Medical/insurance office experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
