A company is looking for a CareIQ Intake Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality telephonic customer service in a high-volume call-center environment
• Complete accurate data review and entry, including electronic orders into the coordination system
• Ensure regular updates to all case stakeholders and meet departmental production and quality performance expectations

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma
• Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
• Ability to learn and operate corporate proprietary systems
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and other proprietary systems
• Effective multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
