Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant - Tools Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for L1 to L3 issues
• Install and deploy software solutions at the enterprise level
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and IT support solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, ALM, and Jenkins
• Experience with OS level administration for Windows and Linux
• Familiarity with IT Support/Helpdesk solutions like ServiceNow
• Experience with content management tools, including MS SharePoint
