Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional - Instructional Designer, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs
• Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development
• Drive innovation in instructional design using advanced tools and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in instructional design
• Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations
• Experience managing large-scale or complex projects
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
