Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist (Remote - Central / Mountain / Pacific).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the patient onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience with the Omnipod system
• Engage customers by addressing inquiries and tailoring communications to drive patient adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient issues and improve sales processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or related fields such as healthcare or medical devices
• Knowledge of the managed care industry is preferred
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors is a plus
