Technical Support & Product Support (Manhattan WMS)

Infotel India is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Technical Support/Product Support specialist with expertise in Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrated with SAP. This role is essential for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support related to their warehouse management systems and associated SAP processes. You will play a key role in troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and improving the overall performance of the systems.

Key Responsibilities

• ·         Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Manhattan WMS and its integration with SAP.
• ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
• ·         Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• ·         Document technical procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
• ·         Conduct training sessions and workshops for users on best practices and system functionalities.
• ·         Work with the development team to enhance system capabilities based on user feedback.

Essential Requirements:

• ·         Proven experience with Manhattan WMS and SAP systems.
• ·         Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ·         Experience with system integration and support procedures.
• ·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills:

• ·         Prior experience in a similar support role.
• ·         Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
• ·         Familiarity with ITIL practices and methodologies.
