Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Implementation Manager role for a B2B SaaS company in the HR industry, or 3+ years as a Compensation Analyst
• Tech-savvy with the ability to align product functionality with customer needs
• Exceptional listening skills to understand customer concerns and needs
• Ability to analyze information and provide actionable recommendations
• Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
