Arizona Licensed Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Homesale Corporate Relocation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate relocation services and perform needs assessments for relocating employees
  • Manage home sale programs and ensure compliance with IRS guidelines
  • Maintain communication with corporate clients and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years of Relocation and/or Real Estate experience
  • Previous experience with home sale processes and equity funding strongly preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills in Word and Excel
  • Proven track record of providing superior customer service in relocation experiences
