Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist Manager (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and deliver psychosocial treatments and behavioral interventions for Medicaid patients via evidence-based psychotherapies
• Conduct telephonic and SMS outreach to connect with Illinois Medicaid patients who may benefit from behavioral health services
• Supervise and lead other therapists, ensuring adherence to workflows and supporting clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• 3+ years of experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
• 2+ years of post-Master's-degree experience in delivering psychosocial treatments
• 3+ years in a clinical supervisory role
• Commitment to improving healthcare for underserved populations
