Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Coach (Director/VP+).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the company's platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via company email or chat in the app between sessions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing engineering teams and coaching individuals
• Experience in technology companies is a plus
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months
• Comfortable in a constantly-changing startup environment
• Self-aware with a high emotional IQ, committed to creating a safe space for others
